About Debra

I have taught and tutored for many, many years. I am told that I have the “patience of Jobe”. I love working with people and sharing my knowledge. I care about your learning. My approach is to find out what you are not understanding. Illustrate a few clear examples of similar problems. Finally, have you demonstrate that you can work problems out for yourself.

About the lesson

My lessons are clear and precise. We move at your pace and begin where your understanding begins. Mathematics is a language. As with any language, you may need to continually review the basics so that you can speak fluently. My credentials allow me to give you several ways to attack a given problem. I act as a coach, guiding you to the solution.

Debra's response
Hank’s son is very pleasant and highly motivated. He is patient with himself and eager to learn and review as much material as possible in our time together. I look forward to our next session. He is a type of student that makes Tutoring enjoyable.
