About Frank

I am a retired second level English and History teacher with over 35 years experience. I love the subjects that I teach and my focus is on helping the student to understand and enjoy the variety of challenging material on the Leaving Cert course, with a view to being able to approach examination questions with enthusiasm and confidence.

About the lesson

Lessons geared towards two primary objectives: 1) Understanding the text and 2) being able to answer examination questions. Time is precious, so I tend to focus on key issues such as theme, plot, character and language. Homework given, corrected and discussed on a regular basis.
