About Beth
As a retired teacher with over 30 years of experience in special education, I take pride in creating a learning environment that is respectful, consistent, and encouraging. I am always prepared, on time, and focused on helping each student succeed. I’ve worked with a wide range of learners, especially autistic students, and know how to adjust lessons to meet different needs.

To teach my students, I use simple, clear routines that help them feel safe and know what to expect. I show them what to do using pictures, step-by-step instructions, and hands-on activities to keep them interested and involved. I break down big tasks into smaller parts so it’s easier to learn, and I give lots of praise and encouragement to help them stay motivated.
