About SK
My name is "SK Patel", and I’m a yoga practitioner and teacher who came into this path through personal healing. After struggling with digestive issues and internal imbalance, I turned to yoga, natural lifestyle, and mindful living. Over time, I not only healed myself but also found a deeper connection with breath, movement, and simplicity. Now, I share yoga in a way that’s gentle, effective, and deeply rooted in real-life experience. My goal is to help others feel light, strong, and peaceful—inside and out.
