About Dana
I am a certified yoga instructor RYT 200-hr. Also, recognized by Yoga Alliance. I currently teach virtual class multiple days a week. Hatha and Vinyasa are my specialties to include 10-15 meditation. I have been teaching for 6 months, normally , virtual classes on 15 students.

My training was through Sadhana Yoga School where sadhana means ' daily spiritual practice". a practice that leads to self-realization and alignment. I believe all yoga is the same. Its just Yoga! My principals are taught through love, kindness, peace and joy.
