About Shalini
Shalini is a dedicated yoga practitioner, a cancer survivor, and a mother of two, whose journey with yoga transformed her life. Once living only for others, she found healing, purpose, and inner peace through yoga. Today, she teaches with sincerity, discipline, and compassion, offering a safe, professional, and nurturing space for students. Her goal is not just to teach yoga, but to guide others toward calm, strength, and spiritual motivation, helping them reconnect with themselves and live more balanced, meaningful lives.

My Teaching Method and Techniques
Shalini follows a calm, supportive, and student-centered teaching approach. Her sessions combine basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and soothing practices that are easy for beginners to follow. She focuses on correct posture, gentle guidance, and mindful breathing to ensure both safety and effectiveness. Personal attention is given to every learner, helping them progress at their own pace.
A Typical Lesson Plan
A class usually begins with light stretching and grounding exercises, followed by simple yoga asanas suitable for beginners. Breathing techniques (pranayama) are introduced gradually to improve focus and relaxation. The session ends with calming meditation or relaxation to help students feel refreshed, motivated, and spiritually balanced. Periodic tests, viva, and practical guidance are included to reinforce learning.
