My teaching approach focuses on understanding before memorization. I start by identifying each student’s learning style — whether visual, logical, or verbal — and adapt my explanations accordingly. I use real-life examples, problem-solving practice, and interactive discussions to make complex topics simpler and engaging. I also encourage students to explain concepts back to me, which strengthens their confidence and understanding.
Typical Lesson Plan
Warm-up (5–10 mins): Quick review of the previous lesson to reinforce retention.
Concept Introduction (15–20 mins): Explain the new topic using visuals or examples suited to the student’s level.
Guided Practice (20–25 mins): Work through questions together, emphasizing reasoning and methods.
Independent Practice (15–20 mins): The student solves problems on their own while I provide feedback.
Wrap-up (5–10 mins): Summarize key ideas, clarify doubts, and assign short practice tasks or tips for improvement.
