Health and wellness has always been a passion of mine, so being able to help others reach a point in their lives where they feel safe and secure makes me happy. I’ll help guide you toward stretches, that’ll help you in your body, bring heat with various flows and teach you about anatomy and alignment and so much more.

Learning the fundamentals of certain poses, hands on assist, Sanskrit and overall allowing students to have and inward experience and listen to their bodies. The first couple weeks we will go through the first 3 components of a sequence. Centering, warm-ups and standing poses. This will be a wonderful and eye awaking experience.
