About Wesleigh
I started studying yoga about fifteen years ago and have since completed over 1000-hours of Yoga Teacher Training. The first 200-hr YTT I completed was in Nosara, Costa Rica. I continued my yoga training and education by completing a 800-hour Certificate IV in Yoga Teaching over the course of one year with the Byron Yoga Centre and completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the International Teacher Training Academy of Australia. I'm qualified through Bliss Baby Yoga as a pre and post natal yoga teacher.

My teaching style is largely inspired by the fluid movements in dance. I do follow a very traditional Hatha Yoga approach in my classes. Each class has a strong emphasis on breath and slow, controlled movement.
I've been teaching on YTT's for over five years and this has influenced how I teach in a general yoga class. Safe alignment and posture is key to keeping our bodies healthy and mobile. I love a good dynamic yoga class but I won't teach a style like that without proper alignment and safety.
