Yoga is an art and science and brings health and wellbeing to your mind, body and spirit. Yoga is a popular way of getting fit. With practice yoga can help you build strength, flexibility and increase the control you have on your body. Yoga is many things to different people. To me it is a love and a passion I could not live without. I love being able to help others find a love for yoga and inturn there body and happiness.
