About Duquane
I have been studying Biology since I was ten years old. It was the first science I've been interested in and I've stuck with it, and Chemistry, ever since. I was in AP classes such as Anatomy, Biology, and even genetics, and was either at the top of my class or very close to it. I've tutored many people in Biology, whether they were classmates or friends and it was always a lot of fun.
Not only do I have an endless thirst for knowledge myself, but I also want to help others who are willing to learn to gather as much information as they can. To be as prepared as they can. That's what teaching is all about.

My teaching methods are pretty straightforward. I like to ground the material so that students can better understand it, and I do this by relating the principles of science to real-world examples. The body is a vessel with biological components that act like mechanical parts of a machine. By relaying that perspective to students, the hard part suddenly becomes easy, which sets me apart from other tutors, in my opinion. My lessons tend to resonate with high school and college-level students.
