About Amber
Hi, there. My name is Amber and I am a dedicated Science and Math teacher who is passionate about sharing my love of these subjects by helping you understand them better.
I truly believe in helping students approach these subjects through learning styles tailored to their comfort and unique abilities so that their learning is rooted in understanding and meaning, beyond rudimentary memorization.
As a graduate with an honour's degree in Science with Education, I have spent the past 4 years specialising in the sciences, particularly Biology and Chemistry, in addition to studying and implementing various education techniques, evaluation styles and teaching tools for effective learning.
As a dedicated teacher, I strive to provide my students with a conducive environment for learning and consistently utilize two-way communication in my lessons to ensure my students stay on track and are continuously motivated in their education journey.

The minimum length for one of my lessons is 1 hour, and they can be delivered online or face-to-face (depending on location).
I employ a student-centered approach in my teaching, meaning I will evolve and design my lessons based on my students' needs and abilities. My lessons can include a range of teaching tools such as games, interactive slides, quizzes and more, to keep students engaged and gauge their understanding throughout the lesson.
I focus on the mastery of scientific and mathematic theories as well as how to apply them in exam settings based on answering techniques.
As an education graduate, I have spent the last 4 years specializing in effectively breaking down complex subject matter into more digestible lessons for all students, in individual or group settings, according to their level of understanding, based on current education theories and methodologies.
My lessons can be delivered to students at a primary, secondary, or tertiary education level.
