About Natalie
As a casting director, film producer and director, I have a lot of insight into what is going to set actors apart when putting together the cast for a project. I also have a sincere passion and appreciation for actors themselves. It takes a lot of courage to allow creativity, vulnerability, and humanity to come through you personally as a vehicle for artistic expression – meaning, unlike other artists you can’t hide behind your sculpture or musical instrument – you ARE on display. I truly enjoy helping actors find new pieces of themselves to bring through their performances and helping them build up relatable, honest, and complex characters.

I am a seasoned casting director, writer, producer, and director across radio, independent film, broadcast commercials, and industrials in the Midwest and NYC. Having worked directly with hundreds of actors, and sat through thousands of auditions, I have keen insight into what directors/producers are looking for and how to help actors best prepare for any type of opportunity. I earned my BFA at the Theatre School, DePaul University in Chicago and have a Masters in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University graduating at the top of my class. I have a wide breadth of expertise in plays, screenplays, and approaches to storytelling both old and new. Whether you want to land the lead in your school play, want to land the acting gig of your dreams, prepare for any role you’ve been cast in, or just want to deepen your command of the craft – I’m here to help set you up for success.
