About Melissa
I have been teaching for 14 years in the middle school setting. I have taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade at all levels. For the past 6 years, I have taught 8th grade students that have never been successful in math. 100% of my students have successfully passed the STAAR test and promoted to high school.

Due to my experience teaching a wide range of students at different academic levels, my teaching method involves lots of hands on differentiated instruction that is individually tailor to the needs of each student.
