About Jessica
Hi, I hope you are well.
My name is Jessica, and I am a second year medical student at the University of Cambridge. I tutor in GCSE and IB biology and chemistry.
Having completed my GCSE and IB exams fairly recently, I have a good understanding of the course material, and the strategies that one can put in place to maximise their potential. Success in these exams requires good understanding of the course content - we can work on this together! I will provide customised resources, notes, and flashcards that will present and summarise core content in the most effective and efficient way possible.
We can also work on exam technique - it is so important to know what the examiners look for! Going through trends in past papers can help us understand how we can get as many marks as possible.

Hi, my name is Jessica. I am a second year medical student at the University of Cambridge. Further qualifications and grades are listed below.
I tutor in GCSE and IB biology and chemistry. Students will receive customised handouts, notes, and flashcards, depending on their strengths and weaknesses. All of these personalised resources will give students additional information to refer to, and ensure that content from lessons is summarised and retained. I will set and mark past papers between lessons, if desired.
Everybody learns differently - whether this be through mindmaps, flashcards, or note-taking techniques. I am keen to help students explore how they learn best, and provide customised resources to help them maximise their potential.
Success in these exams comes down to a combination of understanding and strategy - pupils and I will work together to maximise both.
