About Shubha
Hi! I’m Shubha, a self-taught Zumba and fitness yoga instructor with a passion for helping people move, feel strong, and enjoy every moment of their fitness journey. I specialise in creating fun, energetic Zumba sessions that get your heart pumping, combined with fitness yoga routines that improve flexibility, strength, and balance. My approach is all about making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone, no matter your level. I love motivating students to push their limits, celebrate their progress, and find joy in movement. In my classes, you’ll not only burn calories but also feel more energised, confident, and balanced—physically and mentally.

My classes combine energising Zumba routines that make cardio fun, along with fitness yoga sequences designed to improve posture, core strength, and overall well-being.
