About Shane
Lead guitarist from a Dublin-based band called MANA. Started playing the guitar at the age of 12 and was self-taught after falling in love with the guitar. I learned all my playing by ear and can give lessons in how I went from not knowing how a guitar works to slowly playing chords and riffs to writing my own music & playing live. Relaxing, easy, fun lessons at your pace for beginners to give you the confidence in progressing your guitar playing each lesson from first picking it up to playing full songs. Being self-taught myself and learning the instrument by ear at a young age I can help beginners and novices fall in love with playing the guitar naturally.

I'm a self-taught musician of 20 years who learned the guitar by ear and progressed naturally over the years by teaching myself little techniques and falling in love with music which I'd love to pass on and show music is for all & not rocket science. I would love to pass on my knowledge of how I went from not being able to strum a note to writing music and instrumentals for my band & performing on the live stage. I can provide a relaxing fun & easy environment at your pace for beginner guitarists & bassists, starting off with single notes to a range of chords to full songs in a heartbeat. Lessons for all age groups & levels.
