I am always enthusiastic and clear in voice with students and will always encourage the student to ask questions when they are confused. The worst thing as a former student is being afraid to ask questions. That is what I am here for. A general outline of my one hour lesson plans: 10 minutes of review, 40 minutes of new content, and 10 minutes of reviewing new content. It has been a simple system that has raised my students grades drastically with its efficient learning process flow. I assign homework and expect work to be reviewed during class so that confusions are fixed.
