About Alexandre

I have been in the world of sports all my life, playing many sports, from martial arts to mountain sports, triathlon, cross training ... and professionally since 2016. The main motivation for doing my job is to see how the person progresses to the that I teach. The relationship established between the coach and the trainee, that human contact is also a professional and personal reward.

About the lesson

Interview to know the objectives and background of the person (previous sports practice, injuries or limiting physical characteristics to take into account, also to know personal motivations) and initial session to know the starting point where we are and adapt the training.
