About Elodie

I've always been a teacher. First a language one, then when life put yoga in my way, I became this crazy mix.
I've been teaching yoga for a bit over 3 years. I was trained in Bangkok and Rishikesh, India. I have them taught in these places, along with France and Colombia where I lived and pursued training. I have taught in studios, offices and private classes. I don't claim teaching any specific style, as I teach what I feel is the best fit for that person that day.

I fell in love with yoga because my teachers showed me these incredibly fun ways to move and taught me how to laugh it all off and persevere when it gets a bit tough.

Yoga brought me so much more than I had imagined. I just want to help people find their rewards in it, too.

About the lesson

I'll be honest, I don't have a go-to method. Because I believe every person is unique and therefore needs a different approach in order to get that "click" moment.

I base my classes on all techniques I have learned to get you as close as possible to your goal, but most of all, I want you to enjoy it. It doesn't mean it won't get tough, it just means the results might go further, and faster.

I've often taught the "Top Gun" pose, because Ardha Chandrasana is hard to say. "Kiss the wall" is much more simple than "extend your spine to arch your back and try to lower your shoulders without pressing your palms".

So, unconventional is my method. No games, just yoga.
