About Sigrid

I discovered yoga in a shamanic festival in Eastern Europe in August 2011 and I was immediately impressed by the physical and mental well-being that it brought me to the point that a year and a half after (having practiced every day and my life has been transformed) I decided to become a teacher in order to teach this discipline to others hoping that it brings them as much as to me. I studied at the school Atlantide ASBL in Lasne in Belgium with Huguette Declerc aka Amrit Kaur for one year, then I gave classes during the summer on shamanic festivals, then at school I attended classes with a teacher who had taken the pseudonym Amrit Kaur also to teach, but in Berlin where I also had a salon of massages and life coaching for 6 months. And in August 2017 I did 200 hours of intensive training with Durgaji in the mountains and got my yoga teacher certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance. Then i followed a class of yoga teacher for children and began to teach at schools and kindergarden.
In april 2018 I got my certificate as a yoga teacher for pregnant women and women who have given birth (until one year after birth) with Celine Miconnet.
And in october i made one more 200 hours teacher training with yogi James and Amritha, Path of Yoga in Thailand.

About the lesson

Hello everyone, my name is Sigrid Manouvrier, I am 28 and followed more than 500 hours of teacher training and I teach since 2013 regularly.

A lesson is one hour and a quarter of one hour (1.15) and we do :

Sun salutations and warmings
Introduction and dedication of the practice
Standing postures
Seated postures
Torsions
Inversions
Pranayama
Relaxation (savasana)

A lesson is 25 euros and I can come to your place.
I also do abhyanga ayurvedic massages for women only for 50 euros for one hour.
