About Kolapo
I’m Engr Kolapo Sherif,
I believe that every student has a unique "lightbulb moment," and my job is to help them find the switch. With a decade of experience teaching mathematics and practicing engineering, I’ve learned that the best teaching happens when students feel seen, heard, and challenged.
My classroom is built on a "Growth Mindset" methodology. I focus on:
Scaffolded Learning: Breaking down big goals into manageable steps to build student confidence.
Multimodal Engagement: Using a mix of visual, auditory, and hands-on activities to keep energy high and retention strong.
Relatability: Connecting academic lessons to the things students actually care about in their daily lives.
