About Rafaella

I’m a passionate Portuguese and English teacher with a strong background in language education and years of experience teaching students of all ages and levels. My classes are dynamic, interactive, and fully personalized to each student’s goals and learning style.

About the lesson

Hello! My name is Rafaella, and I’m a dedicated and enthusiastic Portuguese and English teacher with a degree in Language and Literature (Portuguese and English) and over five years of teaching experience in both schools and private lessons. I’ve worked as a teacher for the São Paulo public school system in Brazil, as well as a private English tutor for learners of all ages. Currently based in the U.S., I also have international experience as an educational Au Pair, which has strengthened my language skills and given me valuable insight into different learning styles and cultural contexts. My teaching approach is student-centered — I adapt every class to your pace, interests, and goals. Whether you want to improve your communication skills, boost your grammar and writing, or prepare for exams and interviews, I’ll help you reach your goals with engaging lessons that make learning enjoyable. In my classes, you’ll find: • Personalized and flexible lesson plans; • Practical activities that build confidence in speaking and writing; • Modern resources (videos, games, real-life situations, and cultural topics); • A friendly, patient, and motivating environment.
