About Gina
As a dedicated Special Educator, Autism Specialist, and Advocate, my career has been defined by one mission: ensuring that neurodivergent learners don’t just "get by" in school, but truly thrive. I’ve spent years working at the intersection of academic instruction and emotional support, specializing in the unique ways that ADHD, Autism, and LD brains process the world.
I am certified in several states as a special education teacher for both the general and adaptive curriculum and a learning behavior specialist. I have a BS in Special Education: Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Autism and have completed post-undergraduate studies in the field, as well as certifications in several evidence-based curriculums.
As an educator and advocate for almost 10 years, I know the ins and outs of IEPs and 504s, the challenges students face in receiving inappropriate education, and the importance of working as a multidisciplinary team alongside classroom teachers, special services providers, parents, and the students themselves to maximize their education and provide the individualized support necessary for success.

• Elementary Math: Transitioning from "math anxiety" to "math mastery" through concrete tools and visual aids that make abstract numbers tangible.
• Executive Functioning: Coaching on task initiation, organization, and the self-advocacy skills your child needs to communicate their needs to teachers and peers.
• Social-Emotional Learning (SEL): Integrated coaching on emotional regulation, identifying "the size of the problem," and developing coping strategies for academic frustration.
