About Mika
I am a high school student who has done 3 years' worth of research in the realm of building muscle and gaining strength. I have made most of the mistakes when it comes to starting with working out so you don't have to. By no means am I an expert but I have sufficient knowledge and experience to ensure beginners are set on the right path in regards to their goal.

My lessons are aimed at beginners in the field of working out. My approach to personal training is to make it as personalised as possible. Assessing the access to certain equipment or lack thereof, as well as the budget one has for when it comes to buying sufficient groceries in order to bulk. You can expect advice, workout programs for people at the gym as well as at home with little or no equipment, and assistance in creating meal plans, basically all the knowledge and tools necessary to get started with working out.
