About Lois
I am a Sport and Exercise Science student at the University of Birmingham. In terms of academic success, I achieved 6 A* (including double award Physical Education) and 6 A grades at GCSE, and A*AB at A Level in Physical Education, Philosophy Ethics and Hinduism, and Biology. I also gained work experience in a Secondary School in the Physical Education department, and have been on multiple trips with the Physical Education department as a coach so I understand how to work with children and how to convey my knowledge to my students. Having been successful in exams myself, I know what it takes to achieve top marks and as a prefect in school for Physical Education I also understand the different ways that students excel so incorporate flexible learning techniques into my teaching to ensure accessibility to all.

My name is Lois and I'm a University student looking to help those of you struggling with Physical Education.
After finding out the key areas in which you wish to improve, our lessons will feature a small recap at the beginning of each session, followed by a breakdown of the bulk content for each topic in your exam board. This will include small tasks for you to complete, as I have found that getting you to apply your knowledge is the best way for you to learn and memorise the content needed for your exams.
