About Ludger
Sports animator and sports coach since 2016, holder of a BPJEPS obtained in 2018, completed with a lot of research in nutrition in order to guide student applicants towards better food hygiene
I practice PARKOUR since 2012, supplemented by gymnastics since 2016.
I have been implementing fitness programs, physical preparation, parkour, learning acrobatics, handstand etc since 2018

The objective of my classes is to give my students the means to achieve their goals in a sustainable way.
After discussing your goals, we will agree together on the nutritional follow-up that you will or will not need, as well as the rhythm of our sessions.
The course will consist of a complete warm-up, a specific training session which will depend on our objectives, and will end with joint mobility
