About Lokesh

I am a YCB Level 3 certified yoga instructor, postgraduate in Yogic sciences from Sri Sri University, Cuttack. I also possess Ayurvedic knowledge and can give personalized advice as per a person's body constitution. I provide good yoga Asana flow with breath work and quality meditation.

About the lesson

It is a flow yoga class focused on breath synchronisation with movements.

Aim is to slow down the breath and the brain waves and induce meditative states of mind.

Asanas and then Pranayam followed by meditation.

Intended for people of age 15 or above.
