About Jayashri
I am a Stanford-trained Neuroscientist with extensive tutoring experience. In high school, I offered personalized tutoring to middle and high schoolers in math and science. In college, I oversaw all mathematics tutoring offered by UC Davis, which employed over 300 tutors. I am extensively trained in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, and neuroscience. Furthermore, I have experience developing AI-based software for image processing and signal detection. My colleagues have frequently described me as a caring and engaging teacher, and I possess a penchant for academic excellence. If hired, I will work tirelessly to make sure that you or your loved one receive the guidance and success that they deserve.

I take a flexible approach towards my tutoring. In the first session, I gauge what kind of student one might be, and the kinds of instruction that they most positively respond to. Then, based on my assessment, I prepare materials before each session to make sure we meet our desired goal. As a tutor, I am kind, diligent, and empathetic.
