About Gurudham
Gurudham holds a Physics degree and PhD. She is a professional Yoga teacher, YACEP, Breathwalk instructor, Praj yoga, Yoga for pregnancy and she holds a Yoga Master with Yogadharma. She is passionate about education and loves sharing Yoga original practices and meditation which have helped her and hundreds of her students along over 30 years of consistent practice and teaching.

I understand the real world pressures that performing in a corporate environment requires especially in transitional phases of individuals’ lives and the difficulties to keep a healthy lifestyle when having to face challenges like inconsistent sleep, burnout, while having to keep on with high performances and family duties; I have explored and experienced the Yoga practices which can better support in those circumstances. My Yoga programmes include tuning in Pranayama, Asanas and meditation. Students learn and practise also mantras and principles of Yoga. I love also to teach Praja Yoga and Yoga Nidra according to the students’ needs.
