About Stephanie

Hello!

My name is Stephanie, I'm English, and a well-travelled and open-minded woman, with a passion for art, literature and Yoga.

Recently, I travelled to Bali and trained with the Inner Yoga Academy where I immersed myself in Yin and Vinyasa yoga practice, including an in-depth theory of asanas, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, traditional Chinese medicine and yoga philosophy. I am now a certified 200-hour Yoga Instructor, and I am enthusiastic about sharing and teaching the benefits of yoga with others while creating a supportive, inclusive space for students to explore their practice.

Providing classes and working with you on your Yoga practice would be an honour. I look forward to meeting you!

About the lesson

If you are searching for a practice that will reduce stress, target muscle pains or increase mobility then this is the place for you! You will experience a growth in strength, energy and control in Yoga, all from the comfort of your own home! Each session is crafted to help you achieve your personal health and wellness goals, focusing on aligning mind, body, and spirit through breathwork, meditation and a variation of guided asanas.

In these one-on-one sessions, you'll receive:

1) Personalized Attention: Tailored instruction that focuses on your individual goals, whether its improving flexibility, building strength, or finding relaxation, we will achieve your goals together.

2) Convenience: Practice yoga anytime, anywhere. All you need is a mat and an internet connection.

3) Expert Guidance: As a qualified instructor, I will provide clear, step-by-step guidance and adjustments to ensure you get the most out of each class.

4) Flexibility: Schedule sessions at times that suit you best, with the ability to adjust based on your changing needs. Please book the lesson two hours in advance so that I may secure a space.

These lessons will be designed to meet your unique needs and goals, providing you with a customized practice that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle whether you choose Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga or both!
