About Saurabh

I am a professional musician and dedicated piano educator with several years of experience in teaching and performing. I hold a formal degree in music and have worked extensively in the recording industry. My journey includes valuable studio experience at Mausiqi Studio and Bassdrop Records Studio, Noida, where I contributed to multiple music production and recording projects.

Currently, I am working as a Piano Faculty at Noida School of Rock, where I train students in piano performance, music theory, and practical musicianship. I also provide personalized private classes, helping learners of all ages build strong musical foundations and develop expressive playing skills.

With a blend of studio expertise and teaching experience, I aim to inspire students to explore music deeply, understand technique, and express their creativity confidently on the piano.

About the lesson

I offer individual and group lessons in Piano and Keyboard, designed for students who want structured, goal-oriented musical growth. My teaching approach focuses on clarity, concept-based learning, and complete topic coverage—ensuring that every student understands both the why and how of music.

These are not regular daily classes. Instead, students receive 2 focused sessions per week:

Class 1: Theory-based learning (music concepts, notation, ear training, rhythm, etc.)

Class 2: Practical training (technique, performance, exercises, and song practice)

Each class is 1 hour long, allowing ample time for both learning and hands-on practice.
I also provide home tuition for students who prefer learning in their own environment.

My curriculum follows the Western Music Syllabus, preparing students for internationally recognized Music Grade Examinations, including:

1. Trinity College London

2. ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music)

The student has a basic understanding of musical terms and is able to play the piano at a beginner level.
My complete focus will be on improving the student’s knowledge of musical terms, music theory, and staff notation. Along with this, we will work practically on strengthening the basics such as hand coordination, scales, chords, arpeggios, multiple chord patterns, and song playing.
Additionally, we will gradually work together towards preparing the student for Trinity College London music examinations.
