About Clémentine
I am a first year student at Sciences Po Grenoble. My mother being bilingual, I had a very high level of English since my youngest age. I joined the British International Section in high school, which allowed me to take courses in literature, but also history-geography in English for a total of more than 8 hours per week. I also took the TOEFL, an exam aimed at quantifying academic skills in English (comprehension and expression, both oral and written), and obtained a total score of 115 out of 120.

For the first class, I try to figure out what I think are the strengths and weaknesses of the student. I then choose which are the most crucial to correct, in order to improve the level of English and build my lessons around them. I prefer a rather free methodology that fits the needs of the student to a strict course that is too prepared. The goal is to be able to learn effectively, and for this, the student must be active in his learning. I see the course as a partnership between the student and I to achieve better results.
