About Tanay

My name is Tanay, I am 18 years old and I am starting a medicine degree at Kings College London. I have mentored many people over the course of the last two years, helping them with their GCSE’s and IB. I have also worked with older individuals with learning difficulties and also a group of refugees. I have always enjoyed teaching and helping people reach their potential and would love to continue this.

About the lesson

Over the last two years I have tutored and mentored students both online and in person. I am aware that different individuals have varied styles of learning and I adapt my techniques to accommodate as much of these as possible; however, on the whole I generally have quite interactive lessons, so as a tutor I am best suited to those students who prefer getting involved and having discussions, as opposed to those who prefer lecture style tutorials.
I have just finished my IB diploma, scoring 45/45 - my higher level subjects included Biology, Chemistry and Economics.
I mentor students in Biology and Chemistry from GCSE level (Year 9) up to the end of 6th form. For Economics, I can tutor them for the university entrance exams (6th form)
