Farzana is extremely polite and patient. Farzana helped me through my hsc in 2017 for standard english. I used to have a hard time interpreting the materials and she helped me understand them thoroughly. She is very intelligent and her ways of teaching helped me get a band 5 in the finals. She is also very determined as she goes through the materials, coursework and tasks step by step, till you understand everything. I am confident to say that she developed my level of english; specifically with my expression, structure and vocabulary. With her help, I managed to write my essays coherently.
