About Dan
I love fitness and most of all I love Martial arts! My martial arts journey has been one of continuous growth, challenge, and self-discovery. I began training in striking disciplines—boxing and Muay Thai—drawn to the technical precision, discipline, and physical demands of the sport. Over time, my passion evolved into a deeper commitment, leading me into strength and conditioning, personal training, and eventually, the world of mixed martial arts. I’ve competed in amateur MMA and grappling tournaments, and while not every outcome was in my favor, I’ve learned that setbacks are essential to progress. Each fight, each loss, and each hard-earned victory has shaped who I am—both as a martial artist and as a coach. I currently hold a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and continue to train and compete to refine my skills. Beyond the mat, I’ve had the privilege of coaching in both Australia and Sri Lanka, including serving as Head Coach at Glory MMA. My goal as a coach is to empower others through martial arts—helping them build confidence, discipline, and resilience, whether they’re training for competition or simply for self-improvement. Martial arts isn’t just a sport to me—it’s a lifestyle, a way to stay grounded, and a platform to help others transform both physically and mentally. I believe in training hard, staying humble, and always being a student of the game.

Our Boxing Training Sessions combine the art and technique of boxing with full-body fitness conditioning. Suitable for all levels—from beginners to experienced boxers—these sessions improve your strength, coordination, endurance, and mental toughness.

• Fundamental Skills: Learn proper stance, footwork, punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut), and defense (slips, rolls, blocks).
• Pad Work & Drills: Partner work and coach-led mitt sessions for improving accuracy, timing, and technique.
• Heavy Bag Workouts: Power, speed, and endurance-focused combinations and conditioning drills.
• Shadowboxing & Footwork: Develop agility, movement, and rhythm through controlled practice.
• Conditioning & Core: Boxing-specific circuits that strengthen the body and build cardio endurance.
• Mental Focus & Discipline: Training that sharpens your mind, builds resilience, and relieves stress.
