About Sinomhlobo
Hello, I am Sinomhlobo. I am a Level 4 IT Technical Support student at Cambridge Training Institute and a passionate computer and English tutor.
For the past 2+ years I have worked as a Computer Lab Facilitator, helping beginners, students, and job seekers learn basic computer skills. I am professional, reliable, and committed to making sure every student feels confident using technology.
I specialise in teaching Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet use, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting. My goal is to make technology simple and practical for everyday work and study.
I teach in English and isiXhosa, and I create a patient, supportive environment where no question is too small. Whether you are starting from zero or need help with work tasks, I will guide you step-by-step until you can do it on your own.

My approach to tutoring is patient, practical, and beginner-friendly. I believe anyone can learn computers with the right guidance and practice. As a Level 4 IT Technical Support student with 2+ years of computer lab facilitation experience, I focus on hands-on learning where students do the work on their own laptop.
What makes me unique is that I explain technical terms in simple English and isiXhosa, and I relate everything to real work situations. I don’t just teach theory — we fix real problems together.
In a typical lesson, we start with a quick check-in, then practice one skill step-by-step like creating a CV in Word, sending a professional email, or troubleshooting a slow computer. You’ll leave with notes and confidence to do it alone.
My lessons are aimed at beginners, students, and job seekers who want to improve basic computer skills, Microsoft Office and internet use. If you can switch on a computer, we can start from there.
