About Adam
Over my years in high school and sixth form, I have developed an excellent work ethic: I was a well-organised, diligent student who contributed well to lessons. I actively researched beyond the core curriculum, looking at phenomena to which I can apply my academic knowledge. I would regularly share in lessons and ask thought-provoking questions to my teachers so I can better understand the knowledge I am building. I work well independently as well as in groups, completing tasks to a very high standard and always on time. My inquisitive mind and methodical approaches allow me to solve challenging questions with accuracy and confidence. With this I hope to educate others and pass on my learnt skills.

My lessons are student-centred. So I would provide the student with a topic list of their course and ask them to let me know about areas where they are finding particularly difficult. Then I am able to cater interactive lessons filling in any gaps in knowledge and understanding. A typical lesson would be 1 hour. I have had experience teaching lessons at sixth form to upper years about Biopsychology, a topic I am interested in. My lessons are specifically targeting key stage 3 and GCSE students.
