Ian tutored chemistry to my A level student son via zoom having previously tutored my my nieces at GCSE and A level. He worked with Matthew for roughly 6-7 months once a week pre exam/assessment date. Matthew my son enjoyed his sessions with Ian and felt they moved at a suitable pace for him. He liked that he could send in advance particular topics or just discuss the topic on the day. We don’t have his results yet but Matthew’s teacher told me had not seen a pupil improve so much before in such a short space of time. I think Ian is a great Tutor, he has taught me a lot about Chemistry in a very clear and easy to understand way. Even without being able to see physical examples of what he is talking about I can know what he means through his showing of diagrams and and accuracy when describing them. He has been able to help with every question I have asked him and no query has gone unanswered.
