About K Shalini
This is my fourth year as a teacher. I handle classes from 9 to 12 for CBSE as well as CIE. Completed my PG in Zoology from Maharajas college. I've qualified SET,GATE,C-TET, and have Scored national and regional ranks at different levels (middle school science, High school biology and Secondary school biology) for CENTA TPO 2017 and 2018. I've also earned certificate of achievement for 2 online certification courses:
1.‘Supporting Successful Learning in Secondary School’ online course (Future Learn) offered by the University of Reading, UK.
2.‘Inspiring Young People in STEM: Planning and Organising Practical Activities’ online course (Future Learn) offered by the National STEM Learning Centre, UK.
Currently doing:
1.Online diploma course on ‘Teaching of Science at Upper Primary Stage’ offered by NCERT in association with Edx and Cambridge.
2.Online extension training course on AS and A level Biology(9700) offered by Cambridge International Education.
3. Professional development programme offered by TTF.

My motto is to be an approachable person. My teaching is mainly through active interaction with all the students. I build a good friendship with my students and them the courage and confidence to come forward with their doubts and present their views. I love biology and build the same enthusiasm in my students. I always try to update my digital skills as per the requirements of the present generation.
