I teach Bulgarian in a hybrid format, combining face-to-face and online instruction for bilingual and multilingual children. Since 2019, I have been based in Edinburgh, where I teach Bulgarian Language and Literature at the First Bulgarian School *Nadezhda Stanchova – Lady Muir*-Edinburgh, working with high school students. To date, three of my students have successfully obtained the B2 Certificate in Bulgarian, achieving excellent results.
Over the past year, I have also been teaching Bulgarian as a Foreign Language to adult learners (18+), both in person and online. My courses are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), and I prepare students for Bulgarian language proficiency examinations at all levels.
Working with international learners, I draw on my proficiency in English, Russian, and German to facilitate communication and create an effective, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
