About Rocío
My name is Rocío, my spiritual name is Rika Devi Natha. I belong to the Natha Siddha lineage of living teaching (transmission from teachers to disciples). My studies were carried out at the Vital Yoga School based in San Carlos de Bariloche. I have given group and individual classes in the city of Bariloche, province of La Pampa and Buenos Aires. The central axis of my life is yogic discipline, it is my lifestyle and what I like to share with the beings around me.

From Yoga Vital we propose a natural psychophysical-spiritual activity of vital importance for health.
In each class we work on a particular objective (for example, increasing our arm strength, improving our digestive system, generating a state of joy), which It will depend on the needs and tastes of the practitioner.
The most used method is the traditional Hatha Yoga. Also according to what the person is looking for, one more style of vinyasa, elongation, Uccara (Yoga dance), kundalini can be given. There are a large number of tools, techniques and methods to learn and experience.
The practice is for anyone who wants to experience himself, regardless of previous experience, age, physical limitations. Yoga will adapt to each one.
