About Marco
I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and I have been teaching professionally for about 8. I have traveled and lived extensively in India, where I have practiced with several masters, famous and not, and learned with them techniques from various lineages.
I have been teaching in various European cities, mainly Barcelona, Brussels and Strasbourg.

I adapt my style to the needs of the student, because yoga is not just physical flexibility. Classes can range from 60 to 90 minutes and can include breathing techniques, joint warm-up, asanas (postures) and final relaxation. The practice can be fast and dynamic (Ashtanga / Vinyasa), slow and meditative (Yin) or mixed (Hatha) depending on the wishes and needs of the student.
