About Rachel
My name is Rachel and I have been doing art for years! I do paintings, drawings, clay, crafts. I also love writing. I self-published my book “Hiccups” when I was 20 years old. I am a very creative person and art is something that will always be a big part of my life. Acrylic paint is my favorite to work with. I paint on any surface e.g. Canvas, wood, stones, walls- throughout my house I have little paintings around cupboards, walls, and doors. I do paintings that I sell at craft fairs and do face painting.

I have years of experience with painting and art and have loved finding out different ways of doing art. During our lessons we will discuss types of paint. Experiment with lots of paint. Try simple and more difficult paintings, a variety of styles of paintings and paint on different surfaces eg. Canvas, wood, walls. Get to know what type of art suits you best and then begin to working on improving your skills
