About Julie
Julie Silberman, RYT-200, has been practicing yoga for many years. Her practice began trying out different types of yoga, until she found yin yoga 7 years ago and fell in love. Yin yoga was exactly what she needed to help calm an overactive nervous system and restore balance. In her own practice, she saw how beneficial yoga was for the mind, body, and soul. She took her 200 Hour YTT at the Yoga Connection in Tucson, AZ in June 2019. Her intention in taking the training was to deepen her own practice and have the ability to teach others as well. She learned that yoga is what keeps the body young and allows the cultivation of presence within. She loves sharing this passion with others!
Julie is also a Sound Therapy Practitioner from Atma Buti Sound and Vibrational School and has been playing the singing bowls for over seven years. She loves sharing soothing vibration with others, creating sacred space for wellbeing. She has been studying holistic health for the last 9 years and has always been drawn toward optimal wellness. Her vision is based on love, trust, and the power within. She helps facilitate bringing us back into our flow, into the sweet essence of who we are.

In yoga, we dive into our body and our breath. We use poses to help unwind and relax the body, as well as help with flexibility.
In my classes, we use pranayama, asana sequences as well as balancing poses and deep stretches. You will feel nourished and recharged.
