About Teesha
I enjoy teaching yoga because I have personally experienced its positive impact, not just on the body, but also on mental clarity and confidence. My approach focuses on creating a comfortable and encouraging environment where students can learn at their own pace, regardless of age or experience level.
Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, build strength, enhance posture, reduce stress, or simply develop a healthier lifestyle, I aim to make each session accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable. I believe yoga is for everyone, and my goal is to help students build a practice that supports their individual needs and long-term well-being.

My yoga classes are designed to help students improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance, and overall well-being in a supportive and comfortable environment. Each session includes guided warm-ups, yoga asanas, breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation exercises, and mindfulness practices tailored to the student’s age, fitness level, and goals.
The classes are suitable for beginners as well as individuals looking to deepen their practice. Whether you want to reduce stress, improve concentration, build a healthier lifestyle, or simply incorporate movement into your daily routine, sessions will be customized to your needs and pace.
My focus is on proper alignment, gradual progress, and creating a positive learning experience where students feel confident and motivated throughout their yoga journey.
