About Nathália
I have been teaching Yoga since 2017 and I can assure you that the more time passes, the deeper we become in the technique and the more we open doors of perception about our own process. Practice becomes essential for a more centered path, with firm steps and confidence about who we are and what we want. The physical body, as part of the context, receives the benefits equally.
So, by living this process daily, feeling the transformations firsthand and, through Yoga, observing and acting, I make myself available as a facilitator for those who seek to follow this path.
I have a degree in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Tantric Numerology (through the date of birth it is possible to clarify the tendencies of the individual's personality), Radiesthesia, Reiki and Care for the elderly.

Through Yoga - the path of the heart - we (student and teacher) develop postural alignment work, as well as their choices in relation to their essence and objective.
The service is therapeutic, which includes personalizing the class in relation to the student/group and the use of other resources when necessary (Reiki, Radiesthesia, Tantric Numerology, Guided Relaxation, etc.).
The chosen line of Yoga is also something we can decide together if there is any doubt about which one to choose.
