I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree and am an Internationally Certified Yoga and Meditation Coach as well as a Certified Life Coach. My background in healthcare allows me to combine scientific understanding with holistic wellness practices, helping individuals achieve balance in both mind and body. My approach integrates mindful movement, breath awareness, and emotional well-being — creating a safe, compassionate space for healing and self-growth. I aim to help people manage stress, improve focus, and develop sustainable wellness habits that support both physical and mental health.
