About Reyhana

I had the wonderful opportunity to graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University, where I delved deep into the fascinating worlds of Psychology and Neuroscience, complemented by a minor in English. I'm now pursuing a Masters of Science in the Cognition and Motor Performance Lab at Dalhousie. Throughout my academic journey, I was fortunate enough to consistently achieve a place on the dean's list and was honored to be recognized within the psychology scholar's circle for maintaining a CGPA above 4.0 during my final year. Currently, I'm on the path to earning my Master's in Psychology, a field I'm truly passionate about. Tutoring has always been a significant part of my life; it's something I love deeply. I've had the joy of guiding students ranging from kindergarteners all the way to undergraduates through their academic adventures. It's been incredibly rewarding to work with every age group, helping them unravel the mysteries of chemistry, biology, general science, mathematics, calculus, statistics, and even the art of English writing and presentations. My tutoring journey started back in high school when I founded my own tutoring company. This venture was not just about teaching; it was about connecting with each student, understanding their unique learning styles, and making education an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. I strive to be not just an educator but a kind and approachable guide, eager to support and inspire my students at every step of their learning journey.

Picture this: learning not as a chore, but as one of those heartwarming moments that makes you smile. That's the vibe I bring to the table as a tutor. Think of me less as a strict instructor and more like your friendly neighbor who's always there to lend a hand or explain something in a way that actually makes sense.

I get it, we're all different. Some of us learn by seeing, others by doing, and some by asking a million questions—and that's perfectly okay. It's like cooking; not everyone's taste buds are the same, so why should our learning recipes be identical? I love to mix it up, try different approaches, and see what works best for each person. It's all about finding that "aha" moment where everything clicks.

Patience is the most important aspect in all of this. We might go over the same concept more times than you'd rewatch your favorite movie, but that's what I'm here for. The goal? To make sure you not only get it but maybe even find it interesting in ways you never thought possible.

I've been tutoring people for years now, and the best part has always been the people. Helping someone overcome a challenge, seeing that spark of understanding in their eyes, and sharing in their achievements—that's the real reward.

So, if you're looking for someone who's all about making learning enjoyable, understanding that everyone's path is different, and always ready to explore new ways of understanding together, send me a message :)
