About Andy
I'm Andy and I've been practicing Yoga for 5 years and teaching for 2. My practice began as journey to self heal and free my body from daily pain after suffering from various ailments such as scoliosis, frozen shoulder, meniscis tear. Over the years my practice has evolved and I've learned so much and managed to relieve the pain caused from muscular imbalances. Not only has the practice helped me physically, it's also helped me to deal with my thoughts and emotions in a way thay nothing else has.Nothing brings me more joy than focusing on breath and moving out of my head in to my body and I would love to share that joy with you

We will learn how to connect and listen to our bodys aiming finding any imbalances that may be causing unwanted symptoms or aches /pains in the body and work towards understanding how to fix and balance them out to create a body free from pain that's fully functional through all planes and ranges of motion.
